Oil pulling for Oral Health

Oil pulling strengthens teeth, gums and jaws; prevents bad breath and diseases of oral cavity. In the morning on an empty stomach, swish about 1Tbsp of sesame or coconut oil in mouth, moving it around both sides for about 5 to 15 mins and spit it out.
